Year 7 – National Storytelling Day

On Wednesday, Year 7 spent the day creating an episode for a brand-new Netflix children’s programme. Pupils looked at different myths from around the world: Anansi and the Sky God, Bastet’s Rise and Odin’s Eye. From scripting writing, and set design to performing and filming, pupils had to work in groups to devise a new episode based on one of the myths. The work they produced was exceptional and with the help of some sixth formers, the filming and editing was excellent! 

Well done to the whole of Year 7!
