Netball

It has been a busy week of netball in the Trafford League, with three Year 8 teams playing across Trafford. Our C team played at Sale High on Tuesday and demonstrated lots of excellent netball and a fantastic awareness for the rules. The C team finished with two draws and an excellent win. The B team played their fixtures at home this week and successfully managed to win one game and drew the others. The team connected instantly and played lots of excellent netball. The girls were very strong in both their attack and defence, with lots of playing making numerous interceptions.  The A team played at Urmston Leisure Centre on Thursday evening and comfortably won all their games, totalling 20 goals across all games. The A team have worked hard to build up their set plays in preparation for their upcoming Sisters n Sport game and this was shown in their fixtures last night. The A teams POTM was Alice Reik. 

A huge well done to all those who have played and represented the school this week.
