GCSE Art & Music Trip

On Thursday 29^th June 55 Year 10’s visited the British Music Experience in Liverpool to gather research for both GCSE courses. We saw a fantastic collection of memorabilia, stage outfits, instruments, images and footage of British music from 1940’s to present day.

We were able to explore the Gibson bands studio and danced our way through the decades in the dance studio. Mars Moorhouse was described as ‘Teachers Pet’ as she excelled in the pop quiz.

In the afternoon, we visited the Tate which was inspirational to all, especially the Joan Miró & Anish Kapoor pieces.
