On Tuesday Year 8 started their Leadership Programme exploring their individual leadership skills. This module was based on the Conscious Leader, a greater awareness of student’s skills in being a leader and celebrating/accepting our unique skills to acknowledge others. 

 

We analysed what leadership is, what makes good leaders, explored myths surrounding leadership. The students then did tasks looking at their superpower which makes them a unique leader, as well as the strengths they bring to a task.

 

Year 8 were amazing and left with an understanding of what makes a good leader.
