At the end of September, Year 8 braved the wet and blustery weather to collect fieldwork data to assess the impact of regeneration on Altrincham high street. They completed environmental quality surveys, pedestrian counts and drew field sketches at three different locations. The information collected will now be used in the classroom to create a variety of different graphs, analyse trends and come to an overall conclusion. The students were enthusiastic and keen to investigate their local area.
