Project in A Day: Year 7  

On Monday, Year 7 completed one of twelve projects hosted by a multitude of staff. From Create your own Board Game, to Make Your Own Music Video, to a performance of The Lion King, and of course a Harry Potter-themed Potions Class. the pupils had an abundance of projects to choose from. There were a number of projects linked to Wellbeing and Mindfulness too: especially in the creative arts where Plant Pot Art and Beautiful Butterflies and Marvellous Moths took place, and through the Identity Mandala project. Our popular Dungeons and Dragons club was also represented too and Poetry and Public Art allowed pupils to achieve the Arts Award in one day! Culturally, a number of pupils were involved in learning more about Dia de los Muertos and the brand-new Video Game in a Day project had its first outing!

The pupils were exceptional and I can’t thank the staff involved enough! Of course, even more staff got involved with some fabulous cameos in our music videos and much more!
