This week, Year 7 German classes have learnt about Ramadan celebrations in Germany with our trainee teacher, Mrs Idrees. They learned about the origins and customs of the festival, watched a video in German about one young man’s life in Hamburg, and designed their own mosques. Students’ knowledge of Islam and Ramadan, and their interest  in Muslim communities in Germany really impressed us – well done!
