Year 9 Philosophy Course

Year 9 students have just completed a beginner’s philosophy course in association with the Royal Institute of Philosophy. Discussed entirely on Teams, students explored a range of philosophical lines of enquiry, from epistemology to moral philosophy. Photographed we have L-R Sydney Andrew, Charlotte Davenport, Grace Wilson, Daniel Johnson, Neve Henderson and Sebastian Stanley, proudly receiving their certificate of completion. Students also received a copy of Nigel Warburton’s Little History of Philosophy.

Any students who are interested in the FREE online philosophy summer camp should speak to Miss Crump in Room 59 to register their interest. This is open to all students from Years 7-13. The course will be on Zoom every Saturday from 5-6pm and will run over 10 weeks, starting on Saturday 25^th June 2022.
